Morning – Opening
- Unlock shop, switch on lights
- Count opening cash, match with register
- Check if any low-stock items need reorder
- Arrange shelves, remove dust
- Ensure billing app/calculator ready
- Put up "open" sign if applicable
Evening – Closing
- Count cash and match with daily sales
- Record udhar (credit) given today
- Update stock if needed (stock out entries)
- Secure cash, lock safe
- Switch off lights, lock doors
- Close billing app, backup if needed
